2020 Team Parents

Welcome, MCLL Team Parents!

THANK YOU to all our wonderful volunteers ready to take on the role of being a Team Parent.

It takes a lot of coordination and effort to organize a league with over 800 players. The Team Parent is an essential partner to help keep our organization running smoothly and giving our children the best Little League experience possible. Your assistance helps our Managers and Coaches stay out on the field with the players, while the Team Parent assists with some of our Manager's and Coach's off-the-field responsibilities.

Please read carefully through the Team Parent Responsibilities document and do not hesitate to contact Tina Ryan, Director of Team Parents, with any questions you may have. She will be happy to discuss the role through email, phone, or a meeting with anyone who needs more information.

**Our policy regarding hiring subs to work a team's assigned snack shack shift(s) has changed. Please review our new policy so that you can advise your team's parents of their responsibilty.
