Introduction to Safety

Dear Volunteers, Friends, and Family of Mill Creek Little League,

Thank you for your interest and support of Mill Creek Little League. We are excited about this new season and all the possibilities that come with it.

As a highly visible community organization we are committed to providing the best possible experience for the kids in our service area. A significant aspect of our commitment is to keep our kids safe during practices, games, and other league events. To keep this commitment, we create and provide to coaches, parents, and all volunteers an annual ASAP (A Safety Awareness Program) manual.

Below you will find the links to our Safety Manual and other important documents.  This manual provides information on the steps the league takes to keep our kids safe that includes, but is not limited to; background checks of volunteers, safety training and requirements for managers, coaches, and volunteers, safety rules, pitch counts, and training for coaches.

As a community of volunteers, we are extremely proud of the commitment that each of the families has made to help create a positive and safe environment for our kids to be active and play ball. These opportunities and experiences that are presented each day are the foundation of memories that will encourage our present-day players to be future leaders to carry on this great tradition of Little League.

If you have any questions regarding this manual or any safety related items of any kind, please feel free to email our Safety Director at Safety@MillCreekLittleLeague.com.

Sincerely,
Your Board of Directors
Mill Creek Little League
