Pink the Creek
We host our annual cancer awareness event each May. Teams wear pink at pre-determined games to show our support to those in our community that are impacted by Cancer. We raise funds that are go directly to those families affected by cancer within our league. These donations can be used in several different ways by these families, whether it is for medical bills, paid time off for a spouse to take care of their loved one, or taking time as a family to make memories together - whatever the family needs at this difficult time or alleviates a small amount of burden.
12s Celebrations - May/June
Each season, we must accept that some of our Little Leaguers are not so little anymore. For some players, their Little League days may come to an end when they are 12 years old. While we hope that they return to MCLL and play next year (we offer baseball and softball programs for kids up to age 16), we understand that they may have other plans.
To recognize our 12 year old players and their accomplishments while playing in MCLL, we invite you to attend celebrations that will be held in May/June. Details will be made available in May.
Softball players will compete in the Fastest Female / Super Slugger Contests, and baseball players will compete in the Fastest Man / Home Run Derby Contests.
